WOW....i'm really not eating healthy when I work. Today, i had every intention of eating a breakfast and a few healthy snacks before and after lunch. It didn't happen and I was starving when I finally left work.
Starving and sad, frustrated and exhausted; all of which are emotional triggers for rewarding myself with food. BUT, today I did not.
I wanted to get a bean burrito and those "mexi fries" from Taco Time. But I did not.
I came home and I made a fruit drink with Flaxseed in it. Then I ate dinner and didn't overeat.
Results v Goals:
Fiber: 21 v 25
Veggies: 1 v 3 servings
Fruit: 5 v 3 servings *yea!!!
Pts: 24
Lunch: 6
Fruit Drink: 5
Bread: 8
Ravioli: 3
TOTAL: 22
