My 6 month goals:
- Lose 20 lbs
- Run 1.5 miles in 17 minutes twice per week
- Practice yoga once per week
- Lift weights for 30 min once per week
- Consume more fiber - 25 g fiber per day
- Eat 3 or more veggies and 3 fruits per day
- Recognize and minimize emotional eating to one instance per day
- Recognize overeating triggers and eliminate over eating
It's here where I will record it all and hopefully over the next few months actually be healthy. Will I share this? not sure yet, right now, it's for me.
