Goals-Focus: Monday 1/12 - Sunday 1/18


  1. I'm taking a thorough assessment of what I DID record last week and identifying my eating issues and writing them down
  2. I'm going to log my eating each day using my ultimate diet book
  3. Work out 3 times (one down 2 to go)
  4. Eat 4-6 mini meals per day instead of once/twice big ones per day
